UPI deposits to your sattaki wallet typically clear in under one minute. If the wallet has not updated after five minutes, check your UPI app's transaction history first — if the debit shows there, contact live chat with the UTR number from that transaction.

Withdrawals must go to a UPI handle that is verified under your name and linked to your sattaki account. You can add a new UPI handle in your account settings, but it will need to pass a short verification step before withdrawals are enabled to it.

First, check your sattaki transaction log to confirm the withdrawal status shows as 'processed'. If it does, contact your bank with the UTR reference from your sattaki account. If it still shows 'pending', open live chat and share the withdrawal ID — our team can trace it directly.

The current minimum deposit amounts are shown on the deposit screen inside your account, next to each payment method. These figures can change, so always check the live deposit screen rather than relying on a number you may have read elsewhere on the site.
